Store Giving allows you to contribute a portion of each sale to your selected cause or causes. You have full control over the donation amount—whether it's a fixed sum or a percentage of the sale.
Store Giving Settings
How would you like to give from your sales?
As part of the onboarding process, you will be prompted on how you want to give. If you would like to give from sales select Store Giving
Select which products you would like to give from
You will then be asked if you would like to Give from sales of all products or Give from sales of specific products. The default setting is to give from all product sales.
How do you want store giving to be calculated from sales?
The first setting determines the basis for calculating Store Giving, offering you two options:
Per eligible product: a donation will be made for each eligible product sold.
Per eligible order: a donation will be made with each eligible order placed.
Set how much you will give from product sales or orders to your causes
This setting allows you to specify whether a percentage of the order or product's total amount will be donated, or if a fixed sum should be given.
You can enter the desired donation amount in the input field below.
Set a monthly limit on your total giving
This option exists to limit the monthly giving amount by setting a specific value. Please note that if the monthly limit is set at zero there will be no cap on the giving amount.
Set your total expected giving to each selected Cause in the next 12 months.
This number serves as an estimate of the total giving and will not affect the actual amount.
Activate your Profile
Before going live there may be a few more onboarding steps depending on what features and widgets you would like to activate.
Once you are ready to Go Live - head over to the main dashboard and make sure that your profile has been activated using the toggle in the top left corner
