The Engagement tab displays a range of metrics collected as your customers interact with the Virtue widgets that have been added to your store.

These metrics provide insights into how Virtue's features may be resonating with your customers.

% of visitors who engaged

A visitor is a shopper who has visited your store and interacted with the Virtue widgets but did not proceed to make a purchase.

These visitors have engaged by clicking within the widgets, selecting the 'Learn More' link, or adding causes to the cart for customer giving.

% of customers who engaged

A customer is a shopper who has visited your store, interacted with the Virtue widgets, and proceeded to make a purchase.

These customers have engaged with your Virtue widgets by clicking within the widgets, selecting the 'Learn More' link, giving to a cause, opting into impact tracking, or choosing a cause post-purchase.

Visitor Engagement

This funnel displays metrics for events when a visitor:

  • Clicked a Widget: Clicks inside any of your Virtue widgets.

  • Clicked Learn More: Clicks and opens the 'Learn More' popup.

  • Added a Donation to Cart: Adds a donation to their cart using the customer giving widget.

Customer Engagement

This funnel displays metrics for events when a customer:

  • Clicked a Widget: Clicks inside any of your Virtue widgets.

  • Clicked Learn More: Clicks and opens the 'Learn More' popup.

  • Added a Donation to Cart: Adds a donation to their cart using the customer giving widget.

  • Selected a Cause: Makes a selection in the post-purchase popup.

  • Opened Giving Email: Opens the giving email opted into during the post-purchase process.
