If you have added any widgets via the Shopify Theme Editor, any changes you make to the widget via your Virtue admin will not have an effect. You will need to change them directly in the Theme Editor by editing the corresponding App Block.
Depending on what App Block you're editing, different options will be available to you. This article summarises the different types of options that you'll be presented with.
Update the colors of the app block
Select the app block you would like to update.
The app block's menu will appear to the side of the theme editor.
Select the colours you would like to update using the colour pickers.
Click Save to confirm your changes.
Add a custom tagline to an app block
The taglines for the Virtue Customer donations, Impact calculator and Order Confirmation app blocks can all be updated.
In this example I am using the Virtue Customer donations, but the process is the same for the other app blocks.
Select the Virtue Customer donations block.
The app block's menu will appear to the side of the theme editor.
At the bottom of the menu you will see an empty input labelled Tagline. You may need to scroll down.
Add you customised tagline.
Click on the Save button to confirm your changes.
If you want to revert to the default tagline, simply delete your customised tagline and hit save.
