Our widgets integrate themselves into your store for a seamless experience for your customers, but some stores are unique enough to require extra configuration before they sit perfectly with your other store elements.
Here are some common symptoms that indicate that you might need advanced configuration:
you've already made sure that your widget has been added via the theme editor
your widget is on the page, but it's overlapping or obscured by other elements
your widget is in completely the wrong place on the page
you need your widget to behave slightly differently on mobile devices
โ ๏ธ This guide is for people who understand a little about how web pages are structured. If that's not you, or you'd like some help, simply reach out to our support team and we can help configure your widgets the way that you'd like.
Accessing advanced settings
The settings we're about to look through can be found on the pages for each widget:
The technical settings can be found by opening the "Advanced options" section and then opening the "Technical options" section.
