There could be a few reasons why the widget is not showing on your shop.
Activate the app.
Before the widget will be displayed you need to make sure you have activated the app. This should happen automatically once you choose a plan, but if not it is very easy to do.
At the top of the right side navigation menu you will find the Activate toggle
Click on the toggle so that it becomes green and the text reads Deactivate.
Check your shop again to see if the widget has now appeared.
Make sure a cause has been selected.
In order for any widget to display, at least one cause needs to have been selected.

Make sure the widget has been enabled.
It can be easy to overlook, but check to ensure the widget has been properly enabled by visiting the widget's page and verifying that the toggle is green.
If it is not green, make sure to click Save, or Next if onboarding, after activating the toggle to ensure the changes take effect.
If it is green, consider toggling the widget off, saving, and then toggling it back on again.
Add the widget via the Shopify theme editor

If you have added the widget via the Shopify theme editor there are a few things to consider.
Make sure the page has been saved.
While in the theme editor make after you add the widget to the page, make sure to click save in the top right hand corner.
Make sure the widget is not hidden.
It is possible in the Shopify theme editor to hide elements on the page. Toggling the eye icon next to widget name will show and hide the widget.
Anything else I can try?
It's always a good idea to wait a few moments after enabling the widget, then refresh the page on which the widget is located to give it time to load.
