The dashboard is where you'll find data insights about the impact of your giving on your sales and the world!

The three tabs at the top of the page will direct you to different sections of the dashboard Engagement, Donations and Order Value

Filter by giving types

This feature is especially useful if you're running multiple campaigns at the same time. By default, the dashboard displays the combined total for all giving types. However, you can also view metrics specifically for orders that included customer giving, store giving, or upsell giving.

This can be set in the drop down menu at the top of the page.

Filter by Date

Metrics can be filtered by date range, allowing you to see the number of donations and interactions made during a specific time period.

  1. Locate and click on the date filter in the top right hand corner of the page.

  2. Choose the dates for which you would like to filter.

  3. Click Apply for the changes to take effect.
